7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The sign “CKIKI” is registered as a trademark.

These elements cannot be used without the express authorization of MY FOOOD.

MY FOOOD owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the Application, including texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Application, as well as the brands held by MY FOOOD, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of MY FOOOD.

Any unauthorized use of the Application, the elements it contains or the trademarks held by MY FOOOD, will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
